The Challenge

Macmillan Fundraising Directorate needed a new strategy to help them grow their income by over 60% over the next 5 years, become more efficient and deliver the most rewarding supporter experience in the UK.

The Engagement

Headadvisory worked with the Fundraising Management Team to design a new strategy and operating model to deliver the ambitious growth targets. One of the first critical interventions was working with the team to identify steps to improve their ways of working and become more resilient when leading the change.
