The Challenge

TRBL are currently encountering a number of key challenges from increased competition through to volunteer recruitment, supporter retention and income. They required a new strategy for their Fundraising department to meet these challenges.

The Engagement

Headadvisory have supported TRBL in the design, development and implementation of a new fundraising strategy designed to deliver growth and enhanced supporter acquisition and retention through delivering 5 key workstreams over the next 12 months:

  • Case for support design and delivery
  • Data and insight enhancement
  • Process improvement
  • Product portfolio review and refocus
  • Culture and ways of working review and refnement

The Result

  • Programme designed and is currently 4 months into the delivery phase
  • Quick wins identifed and acted upon including data quality enhancements
  • On track to deliver on time and to budget
